Coredge Software Inc. respects the privacy needs of our customers and
those who visit our website and evaluate our product offerings. This Privacy
Policy outlines what specific information is gathered through the Coredge

Coredge Software Inc. operates a website, http://www.coredge.com
and distributes both no-cost evaluation trials of its products and product
purchases via the Coredge website. Through the 'Download Free Trial' link
on our website we collect certain personal information ("Personal
Information") that is for internal use only in supporting an evaluation
user of our products. This personal information is used to create your
personal record of access to our products on the site, to send customers
product registration keys and if necessary, to allow Coredge to contact
you during the evaluation of our products in support situations. Coredge
also uses personal information to provide users with information about
new services and products offered on the website and to forward promotional
materials. It is important to note that users may opt-out of receiving
promotional materials and information about new services and products
on the website. Any comments or materials sent to Coredge, including feedback

to client information. All client information is the property of the Company
and under no circumstances is to be used for personal use, business or
gain. Such information may only be used in the normal course of business

Credit Card Payments:
Coredge allows you to purchase and/ore evaluate its software products
from its website. When credit card billing is chosen, information is transferred
to Coredge's e-commerce provider using industry-leading, secure transmission

transactions by major financial institutions). The information is then
encrypted using Data Encryption Standard 3 (Triple DES) and stored securely.
Financial transactions are verified through VeriSign®, the leading
provider of Internet security solutions. VeriSign is accredited by all
major Security, Privacy and Certification Authorities (CAs).
Customer Contact Lists:
Our policy dictates that all e-mail communications, customer contact and

receives user feedback concerning our products and how they are used via
e-mail through our support links. This information may be compiled in
aggregate form only, without any personal identifying information, in
order to enhance the user experience of our products.
Information Exchanges and Transactions:
SSL technology has been implemented throughout our application system.
Information exchanges and transactions, including authentication, passwords,
contact lists (uploading and storing online) and billing related data
between you and our website are strictly protected using this technology.
